We want your experience with Luxy Atelier to be as smooth and transparent as possible. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, our return policy is designed to provide you with a clear and secure framework.

Below you will find all the information you need regarding return conditions, timeframes, exchanges, and refunds, so you can shop with confidence.

Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to validate your request.

To start a return, please contact us at: contact@luxyatelier.fr. Our team will confirm whether your item is eligible for a return.
Free returns: if your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions (including the return address and how to send your package).
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, exclusions & exchanges

Damages and issues – Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items – For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable (for example: worn items, items without tags, or products that have been altered or damaged after delivery). Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have any doubts about the eligibility of a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges – The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

EU cooling-off period & refunds

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
