Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email (with your tracking number) once your package has been handed over to the carrier.
2. Shipping Zones
We currently ship to:
- All countries within the European Union (France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, etc.).
- Switzerland.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses in Europe.

A. European Union
For all deliveries within the EU:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can track your package's journey directly on the carrier's website (typically UPS, DHL, or FedEx).
5. Customs Duties & Taxes
- Orders within the European Union: No additional taxes or customs duties will be charged upon delivery. VAT is included.
- Orders to Switzerland: As Switzerland is outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees may be charged by the carrier upon delivery. These additional fees are determined by local Swiss regulations and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
6. Delays & Delivery Issues
We strive to meet the estimated delivery times. However, Luxy Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, strikes, or unforeseen logistical issues with carriers.
- Item Not Received: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if the delivery is significantly overdue, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@luxyatelier.fr or via WhatsApp.
- Damaged Package: If your package arrives open or damaged, please make a note of this with the carrier upon delivery or refuse the package, and contact us immediately.
