Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may be updated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to remove any product at any time and to limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

Transparency: Artificial Intelligence & Virtual Mannequins

Certain product images use AI-generated virtual mannequins for presentation purposes. These virtual models are computer-generated representations designed to showcase our luxury fashion products. Actual products may differ slightly from virtual representations in color, fit, and texture. Virtual images are labeled as “Virtual Mannequin”, “AI-Generated”, or “Illustrative Image”. Supplier-provided product photos may also be available for reference.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Luxy Atelier reserves the right to accept, refuse, modify, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud or exceptional product unavailability. An order is considered accepted once we confirm acceptance and successfully process payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If we cancel or do not accept an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address and/or other contact information provided at checkout.

Returns, withdrawals, and refunds are handled only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases are made for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may be changed without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be indicated in the order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices are shown in euros (€) and are tax-free (VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, and/or import fees may be charged by the destination country’s authorities or by the carrier (including upon delivery); these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees shown on our website (unless expressly stated otherwise) and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information for all purchases made through our store, and to promptly update such information if it changes. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you will pay the amounts charged, including any shipping fees displayed at checkout

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing (where applicable), or events beyond our control.

Luxy Atelier is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, purchases made in our store are made directly with Luxy Atelier. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Luxy Atelier.
