General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
Luxy Atelier
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between Luxy Atelier, a micro-business registered under SIRET number 99198167100019, with its administrative address at 78 Av. des Champs-Élysées, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France (the “Seller”), and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website https://luxyatelier.fr (the “Client”).
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are authentic luxury items sourced from selected European suppliers.
Each product is delivered with its original tags and original packaging and, where applicable, any authenticity documentation provided by the brand or supplier.
Images and descriptions are presented with care. However, minor variations (color, finishes, packaging) may exist.
Transparency: Artificial Intelligence & Virtual Mannequins
Certain product images use AI-generated virtual mannequins for presentation purposes. These virtual models are computer-generated representations designed to showcase our luxury fashion products and provide an enhanced visual shopping experience. Actual products may differ slightly from virtual representations in color, fit, and texture. Virtual images are labeled as “Virtual Mannequin”, “AI-Generated”, or “Illustrative Image”. Supplier-provided product photos may also be available for reference.
3. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are stated in euros (€). VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code).
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and specified at checkout at the time of order.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Client the application of the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
4. Orders
The Client confirms the order by validating payment on the website.
This validation constitutes acceptance of the prices, the products, and these Terms.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of dispute, suspected fraud, or exceptional product unavailability.
5. Payment
Payment is made through secure payment solutions (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The order is considered final only after payment confirmation.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped directly from European partner warehouses.
Delivery times are generally 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
Each order is accompanied by a tracking number.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures (where applicable), or events beyond the Seller’s control (force majeure).
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Client has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and with proof of purchase.
7.2 Damaged parcel / missing parcel (48h)
If your parcel is damaged upon delivery, or if you suspect a loss, you must contact the Seller within 48 hours of receipt (or from the estimated delivery date if the parcel is missing), so that an investigation can be opened with the carrier.
7.3 Defective / non-compliant item
If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-compliant item, please contact the Seller as soon as possible and provide supporting photos (product, packaging, tag) so that we can assess the issue and propose an appropriate solution.
7.4 Return process & refund
Returns must be requested in advance. Return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label are sent by email after approval.
Returns must be made according to the instructions provided by email, using a tracked shipment.
After receipt, inspection, and approval of the return, the refund is issued to the original payment method (or a replacement may be offered if available).
Returns outside the time limit, incomplete, used, or sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
8. Products Excluded from Return
- Items worn, used, or damaged after receipt
- Items returned without prior approval
- Customized or made-to-measure products (if applicable)
- Gift cards (non-returnable and non-refundable)
9. Liability
The Seller acts as a reseller of authentic luxury products sourced from selected suppliers.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for:
- Damage related to product misuse
- Delays attributable to the carrier or customs (where applicable)
- Force majeure events
10. Personal Data
Collected data is used solely for order management and will never be resold to third parties.
The Client has the right to access, correct, and delete personal data by contacting the Seller at: contact@luxyatelier.fr
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
